Services relating to obtaining certificate of Registration/Recognition under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act, filing of periodical returns as prescribed for various dealers, representations before the authorities on matters relating to VAT assessments and appeals.

COMPANY LAW

All services related to Incorporation of Companies, winding up and representation before the Registrar of Companies including filing of Annual returns and other documents under MCA21.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Consultancy, advice and guidance related to investments in banks and company deposits/stocks and shares/mutual funds/ SIPs / insurance products, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and other tax saving instruments with a view to maximize return on investment and minimize taxes including investment planning.

OTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES

Preparation of financial statements for submission to the statutory authorities in compliance with the Accounting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Setting up of control systems and procedures for newly set up as well as existing small and medium sized enterprises.
